We are seeking a dedicated Lounge F&B Controller to join our high-performing hospitality team and support our ambition of being the best lounge provider globally.
Job Summary
As a Lounge F&B Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing all aspects of the food and beverage supply chain within our lounge operations. You will ensure accurate stock management, cost control and supplier coordination - all while supporting the smooth delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Your activities
Monitor daily F&B consumption and control stock levels across lounge operations
Manage deliveries, and supplier relationships
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances
Support the lounge team in delivering consistent, high-quality F&B service
Prepare regular reports on costs, usage, and performance to management
Your profile
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
Previous experience in F&B control, stock management, or hospitality operations
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of stock management systems is a plus
Fluent in French & English (additional languages are an asset)
Ability to work independently, with integrity and efficiency
Professional and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
