Job Summary
Primary responsibility is accounts receivable and customer service.
The expected pay rate is $25.00/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and review billing transactions to maintain accuracy and issue monthly invoices.
- Review and verify daily routes, obtain required approvals, enter information into Excel to process the invoices for payment.
- Review and process invoices and reports.
- Assist with daily operations.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, and provide feedback for customers, vendors and department inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by courteously receiving telephone calls and providing feedback in a timely fashion.
- Accurately, type, format, create excel formulas and proofread a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security records and files.
- Provide general accounting/administrative duties using independent judgment and discretion.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Comfortable with Microsoft applications
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have professional phone etiquette
- Self-driven and have high energy levels
- Organized
