Job Description:
Business Travel and Administrative Specialist
Tasks, role & responsibilities:
- Business travel arrangements – Arranging flights and car rentals
- Settlement of employee business travel expenses in accordance with company policy
- Tracking business travel, analyzing expenses and preparing reports
- Collaborating with the HR department to verify employee work time and collaborating with the finance department to verify cost compliance
- Verifying the accuracy of accounting documents related to business travel
- Communicating with employees to clarify any discrepancies
- Ensuring the continuity of the business travel settlement process and ensuring timely completion
- Improving the company&39;s business travel organization and settlement process
- Other administration work
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position is welcome
- Excellent ability to plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Holds a University Degree in Finance or has equivalent experience
- Is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience would be beneficial
- Experience in working in international companies will be an additional advantage
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and make quick decisions, especially in different time zones
- Possesses good organizational skills, is attentive to detail and accuracy
- Is customer-focused, and brings a high work ethic to everything they do
- Very good command of English and Polish language
