About the RoleAs an HR Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a leading aerospace company. Your expertise will directly impact employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, consultant position with the potential for full-time employment after 90 days—a chance to take off into a long-term career with a global industry leader.
- Location: Wichita, KS
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pay Rate: $30.24/hour
- Duration: 4-month contract with potential for FTE conversion
What You’ll Be Doing- Process regular, off-cycle, and adjustment payrolls with precision
- Manage withholdings, reconciliations, imputed income, and internal controls
- Execute quarter-end and year-end payroll tasks and reporting
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Adapt to evolving processes and systems with agility
- Apply analytical thinking to resolve payroll-related issues
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–7 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Dayforce or similar payroll platforms
- Familiarity with SAP

Pay Details: $30.24 per hour
