Arconic is currently in search of Operational Buyer Analyst to join our Resource Unit Team based in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.
This position is responsible to handle procurement related activities including purchase order processing and procurement administrative support.

In this role, you will:
- Handle requisitions for Köfém and Quality PO turn for NAM locations.
- Based on requisitions, contact suppliers to collect quotes or requestors for clarification.
- Follow-up on past due orders / late deliveries to eliminate late shipments and stock outs and update POs with new promised date based on the order confirmations.
- Perform contract management activities (modify and update them).
- Handle EKAER request (as a back-up person).
Qualifications:
- At least secondary school certificate (university or college degree is advantage)
- Strong English language knowledge
Essential skill and knowledge:
- Analytical skills with ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills- ability to effectively communicate
- Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Outlook)
- ERP system knowledge is preferred
- Strong and progressively developed organizational skills; able to work independently, set prioritize day to day tasks, all communications, follow-up, and all of the administrative requirements of their portfolio
- Procurement/ Requisition to Pay experience advantage
