- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent degree
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of American Airlines (AA) policies & procedures
• Knowledge of flight attendant CBA
• Ability to communicate technical data clearly and swiftly
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, union environment
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Ability to be a team player – works well with others, willing to help out where needed, etc.
• Ability to work with large data sets using Excel, including common data analysis formulas, Pivot tables and charts
• Ability to work with management to prioritize business and information needs
