Are you our new Warranty Engineer?

As a Warranty Engineer, you will play a key role in driving cost recovery and quality improvement by managing warranty claims. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s financial gain by maximizing credit recovery, minimizing avoidable costs, and ensuring suppliers meet their obligations. Working in close collaboration with technical and procurement teams, as well as suppliers and repair stations, you will be at the forefront of resolving warranty disputes and improving claim success rates. This is a dynamic and impactful role within an international environment, offering the opportunity to influence product and service quality while developing best-in-class warranty processes.

You are our ideal candidate if:

Higher education in Aeronautical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.

Ability to understand complex contracts and summarize key terms.

Ability to facilitate negotiations with suppliers.

At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably from aircraft maintenance or engineering.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Exceptional computer, analytical and research skills.

Ability to work effectively and collaborate with peers and other departments, but also can work individually.

Proactive, structured, efficient, and high work capacity.

In this role you will be responsible for:

General support on warranty related inquiries.

Manage and submit warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Act as the main point of contact for resolving warranty disputes with suppliers.

Collaborate with technical teams to substantiate claims and improve recovery rates.

Monitor claim performance, identify process improvements, and report on supplier handling.

Support the implementation of best practices to maximize warranty cost recovery.
