Roles and Responsibilities
- Place and follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Manage problems and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate ERP data.
- Execute policy/strategy.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explains information, develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in Sourcing, Materials & Planning, or relevant Supply Chain roles)
- A minimum of 3 years in administrative and/or Sourcing, Materials & Planning, or relevant Supply Chain roles.
