Roles and Responsibilities
  • Place and follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
  • Manage problems and schedule changes.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data.
  • Execute policy/strategy.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
  • Explains information, develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in Sourcing, Materials & Planning, or relevant Supply Chain roles)
  • A minimum of 3 years in administrative and/or Sourcing, Materials & Planning, or relevant Supply Chain roles.
