AIRBUS offers vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - DISCOVER I 2026/2027 - Starting date March 2nd 2026.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

At A400 MRO Program Office, we are responsible for the MRO Contract management and monitor. Our Customer focused environment will be a tremendous learning theatre for the candidate. The A400M MRO Program
Office has 2 relevant dimensions in which the jobholder will enhance his/her aviation business understanding:
- New MRO/Upgrades offer process. During this phase, we are a key
player to ensure the future business capturing by consolidating the end-
to-end costs and negotiating it with the final Customer.
- Contract management and monitoring. Once the offer is signed, the Entry into Service and Contract Monitoring is our second strategical pilar.
- The Project/Program Management tools come to reality by the Quality,
- Time and Cost controlling.
Internship support tasks:
Your mission with us will be to consolidate and boost the integration between the Program Office stakeholders. A pragmatic and target focused candidate will be exposed to the next tasks:
- Follow-up contracts with contract reviews with Airbus internal customer,
based on consistent and factual KPIs, evaluate and improve performance in terms of time, costs and quality.
- Carry-out relationship with internal/external customers.
- Cash in/cash out monitoring.
- Assist in the MRO EAC routine.
- Assist in the monitoring of the MRO Risks and Opportunities portfolio.
- Assist in the Planning baseline updates and major risks analysis.
- Participate and contribute with fresh ideas into the Future MRO set-up.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills
and experience:
- Degree in Business school or Engineering or equivalent.
- Spanish and English are mandatory at negotiation level.
- Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude.
