Role IntroductionReports To: Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage delivery request and update SAP warehouse system
- Inspect incoming goods and inform BU if found variance
- Reserve and allocate storage space for incoming goods
- Perform putaway, order picking, labelling, packing, posting, stocktaking and customs declaration
- Perform vanning and devanning services of import and export sea container
- Prepare shipping documents for export shipment
- Perform daily checking of operational equipment before operating
- Liaise with transportation service providers and suppliers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Dismantle and build up storage rack
- Willing to work on holiday and overtime upon request
Requirements- HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent qualifications
- 1 – 2 years warehouse working experience
- Basic knowledge in SAP warehouse system, Microsoft Words and Excel
- Self-initiated, able to work independently
- Good communication in Chinese and basic written English
- With valid forklift truck/stacker driving licence is preferable
