Job Summary
The Screening Agent assists and implements good services within the unit concerned.
The expected pay rate is $25.98/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Your activities
- Screening of cargo equipment as outlined by the Transportation Security Administration
- Identify prohibited objects in cargo by use of explosive trace detection, x-ray machines, physical search, and other methodology as outlined by the Transportation Security Administration
- Preparing required reports, forms, and records as required by CAS and the Transportation Security Administration
- Physically inspect the x-raying cargo, crates, and other containers as required by the Transportation Security Administration
- Verifying necessary documentation for transportation of goods as directed by the customer, CAS, or the Transportation Security Administration
- Prevention of unauthorized materials entering aircraft
Your profile
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to deal with conflicts.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focus and quality awareness.
- Must be a US Citizen
