Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (specific) experience
- 3 years of facility, maintenance, and manufacturing experience
Desired Characteristics
- Possess a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance, various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC practices. Previous maintenance tech roles are a plus.
- Familiarity with Maximo and spare parts inventories to include cycle counting
- As needed, available to work extended or flexible schedule on short notice
- Able to work under general direction with minimal supervision
- Ability to work on-site and conduct regular walk-throughs in mechanical, outdoor, and industrial areas
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
