Were searching for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Maintenance Technician to join our flight operations team. You’ll help build, maintain, and troubleshoot the vehicles that power the world’s largest autonomous delivery network—all while soaking up fresh air in a rugged, open-air hangar nestled in Northern California’s foothills.

• Maintain and repair our growing fleet of high-tech drones and ground systems.
• Test cutting-edge technologies and validate performance ahead of FAA certifications.
• Read, interpret, and execute test plans, schematics, and procedures from the engineering team.
• Build test setups and perform diagnostics using everything from torque wrenches to oscilloscopes.
• Translate technical incidents into clear, human-friendly reports.

• Strong troubleshooting chops with electromechanical systems and circuit testing.
• Skilled with hand and power tools: from bandsaws to calipers.
• Soldering savvy and an eye for precision.
• Experience in aviation maintenance or drone hobbyism is a plus.
• Capable of lifting 25kg and thriving in the great outdoors.
• Clear communicator and inquisitive problem-solver who loves rolling up their sleeves.

Expect sun on your face and tools in your hands—85 of your time will be outside in an open-air hangar. You’ll work with minimal oversight, so initiative and adaptability are key. Flexibility is essential: shifts may include days, swings, nights, weekends, and rotations.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
