Reporting to the Mechanic, Lead A/C Cert A&P, this position will work with or without supervision in performing aircraft airframe and engine inspections, repair and maintenance unassisted, on multiple types of aircraft as required by FAA regulations and PHI directives. Repair aircraft and related equipment according to manufacturers specifications and company directives. Perform the activities listed above, but in addition must sign and certify on aircraft logs, Ramco and other pertinent forms to the extent of repairs accomplished by himself. Perform simple clerical duties in preparing job related documentation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, knell, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
