- Possess an Associate's Degree, HS Diploma or GED; prefer an A&P license or ability to acquire Repairman Certificate.
- A minimum of 8 years aviation service center experience to include 4 years of supervisory experience in a lead role
- Possess a high degree of verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers and other members of management.
- Strong leadership abilities to include prior training or learning experiences.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
