Commercial Manager - MROPermanent Oxford
Airbus Helicopters UK (AHUK) is a global leader in helicopter manufacturing and services, supporting both civil and military customers. Join our team at Oxford Airport, Britain’s civil helicopter hub, and play a pivotal role in our Commercial Business team.
The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to focus primarily on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) contracts. You&39;ll be instrumental in the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from bid and negotiation through to contract execution and close-out.
This dynamic position requires you to:
Develop and lead the submission of compelling quotations for Maintenance activities.
Draft and negotiate robust contract agreements and manage amendments, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
Manage the full execution of MRO contracts, ensuring strict adherence to internal standards and compliance.
Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and other Airbus entities.
Report on contractual performance and actively contribute to continuous improvement in commercial methodology.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor&39;s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role with strong commercial acumen.
In-depth understanding of the MRO environment, including Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations.
Demonstrable experience in leading complex contract negotiations and managing contract profitability.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
