This position is responsible for shaping the strategic planning and implementation of compensation policies and structures within the organization. Ensures that programs adhere to current regulations and support the organization’s strategic objectives. This role oversees the development, execution, and assessment of compensation programs that are designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees. It is important that this role balances industry standards with internal equity, with a deep understanding of spanet trends, regulatory compliance, and the impact of compensation on organizational culture and financial health. This role works with HR and senior management to improve the hiring and retention of staff through establishing a well-designed compensation practice that contribute to the overall success.
