Job Description:
Airbus is seeking a skilled and motivated Consolidation Manager (F/M) to join our Accounting team based in Toulouse.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the aggregation of financial data across various entities and divisions, ensuring the preparation of consolidated financial statements with a strong focus on quality and adherence to deadlines.
As a Consolidation Manager, you will have the responsibility to manage a team of 6 people, collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the financial reporting process by producing timely, accurate, and insightful financial data.

Your challenges:Consolidate the Divisional/Group financial information for Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly closings, complying with IFRS standards, internal deadlines and quality requirements. Dealing with some specific consolidation topics such as change in perimeter, M&A, Deferred Taxes

Audits
You will maintain a high standard of internal controls, documenting key controls through One Pagers and successfully pass Airbus’ Internal control yearly testing.
Throughout the year, you will exchange with External auditors to complete audit procedures, anticipating closing topics and audit procedures.
Your boarding pass:Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial consolidation or a similar role. Audit experience welcome.
A solid understanding of IFRS and a strong appetite for technical topics and transversal challenges.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing deliverables under tight deadlines.
First experience of team management.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
Proactive, agile, and energetic, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); French and/or German are a plus.
