Job Description:

Description:This leadership position is responsible for Enterprise Collaboration services such as: OneDrive, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, searchLM, and LM-Xpress (email services).

The Asc Manager will be accountable for technical and functional oversight for the team responsible for strategic planning, operations support, database, and Incident Management for all Services (mentioned above) within the Collaboration portfolio.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Highest Collaboration operations representative with responsibility for technical deliverables and schedule
- Incident Management – daily assignment/monitoring/resolution of tickets
- Drive problem investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure integration and consistency in the execution of Integrated IT Process (IITP) across all Collaboration programs, projects, and services.
- Manages all employee actions and cycles (Performance, Merit, Promotion, Talent Planning, etc.) and develops learning and development plans to ensure workforce is trained and equipped to perform
- Establishes metrics and business rhythms to ensure performance against commitments and present to senior leadership.

Position requires ability to travel as needed to interface with customers and direct reports. Must be available for TAC calls and escalations as needed for production outage impacts 24x7.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Enterprise-level Operations Experience. Planning and Logistics of major operations / maintenance activities
- Ability to handle day-to-day escalations
- Manage vendor relationships
- Technical experience with the following: Service Central incident, problem, and change management
- Ability to support / lead TAC calls
- Strong knowledge of metrics collection and using metrics data to manage operations. SLA metrics measurement / reporting
- Demonstrated strong problem investigation and Root Cause Analysis skills
- Successful resource management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and ensure resolution of program risks, problems, and scheduled activities.
- Work experience that illustrates outstanding customer service skills and excellent teaming abilities
- Proven ability to train, lead, mentor and support successful technical virtual teams utilizing strong interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Advanced technical degree (MSEE, MSCS, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with TAC line management / Escalation procedures. On-Call support team management.
- KMR / Knowledge Management
- Demonstrated understanding of EIT organizational structure
- Detailed Project Planning and management skills
- COTS Software product implementation/integration experience.
- Customer and vendor influence capabilities
- Program reporting and status activities.
- Ability to prioritize activities based on customer needs and organizational strategies
- Strong customer / stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated effective communication and executive presentation skills.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
