IndiGo is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to lead its Sales Reporting & Analytics function, providing strategic insights and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making. This role will be pivotal in managing sales performance reporting, preparing leadership presentations, and driving commercial effectiveness across domestic / international spanets.

• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using tools like Power BI and SQL
• Prepare weekly leadership presentations, board decks, and budget-related reports
• Perform route-level analytics and variance analysis to track performance and identify opportunities
• Evaluate product and channel mix to support targeted sales strategies
• Conduct spanet and competition benchspaning to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue across channels and points of sale
• Liaise with Finance, Digital, Legal, and other support functions for analytics needs

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics or MBA/CA preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in Consulting, Airlines, or E-Commerce
• Strong business communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to independently conduct quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing
• Experience in airline pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in working closely with leadership teams is a plus
