A vacancy for a Process and Performance Manager has arisen within KID-Systeme in Buxtehude (close to Hamburg-Finkenwerder) at the earliest possible start date.

Buxtehude is a picturesque town in direct proximity to Hamburg with direct public transport connection. The Airbus Buxtehude site accommodates KID-Systeme GmbH, a wholly owned Airbus affiliate company. KID-Systeme GmbH is responsible for the In-Seat Power Supply product offerings.

Your Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
Be the link to the Business Functions to ensure full and up to date performance measurements and follow-up on corrective actions (KPI Dashboard)
Drive deployment, follow and promote principles and measurement defined within the end to end quality management system
Guide and contribute to the definition of directives, methods and templates
Participate in audit preparation. Guidance in preparation and follow up
Drive local process or methods describing the governance, roles and rules (e.g for KPIs, quality gates, escalation, visual management,...) required by/defined by the respective department
Drive evaluation and surveillance means (e.g. KPI) defined with the business to secure adherence to the standard and continuous improvement
Initiate, participate and contribute to “best practices and lessons learned” for process management and improvement
Required Competencies
Experience of SAP
You are a good communicator who can quickly adapt to, and influence, all levels of the KID organisation
Continuous improvement mindset
Process and results driven mindset
Experience of interacting with internal and external audit teams
