Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Product and Services Quality Manager to join the PDX Paint quality team supporting Pre-flight, Storage, and Paint Operations in Portland, OR.

Position Responsibilities:
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System
Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Manage, develop and motivate employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment
Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairmans certificate
Experience with Root Cause Analysis
Experience using Systematic problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with the Material Review Board (MRB) Process
3+ years of flight line experience (internal or external)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and teaming skills
Bachelors degree

Summary pay range: $132,000 - $149,500
