As a Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage complex programs within the Aerospace Technologies Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for driving program execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in program management and your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be crucial in achieving program objectives and driving business growth. The majority of these programs will be supporting our key defense OEMs in the region, in particular leading complex development programs across multiple product types.

You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director for the Western Europe Defense business as part of the Defense and Space international business team, and youll work out of our Prague, Czech Republic location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment
