Drive Strategic Programs That Shape the Future of FlightPDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 3) to join our Commercial New Business, Strategy, and Asset Management Team, partnering with a world-renowned aerospace leader. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in planning, integrating, and driving large-scale projects that enable cutting-edge advancements in aviation and production systems.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence high-level decision-making, and ensure project excellence from concept through execution—all within an environment that values precision, innovation, and teamwork.
What You’ll DoLead the development, coordination, and maintenance of plans and schedules for highly complex projects and change-driven initiatives.
Conduct strategic studies and analysis to identify impacts, constraints, and solutions across business units.
Support product development, manufacturing, and program management through analysis and process improvement.
Develop and manage project timelines, identify production constraints, and drive alignment with strategic goals.
Facilitate project integration across suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
Coach and mentor junior team members while ensuring consistent process application.
Serve as a subject matter expert in implementing and training others on project management tools and methodologies.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience across multiple business units.
5+ years using standard project management tools and integrated scheduling systems.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior leadership.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MS Office, Project Web App (PWA), and MS Project.
Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and data analytics.
Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or airplane programs.
Experience developing strategic project plans aligned with business goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination).

Pay Details: $55.27 per hour
