Role Purpose

Accountable for supporting and executing business growth plans by orchestrating compelling events that elevate brand visibility, engage key audiences, and drive impactful experiences across various touchpoints.

Key Accountability
  • Assist in planning and executing spaneting initiatives and campaigns to support brand and business objectives.
  • Organize, plan, and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and internal engagements to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, timeline planning, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content such as presentations, panels, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with spaneting and branding teams to produce event spaneting materials such as invitations, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Provide post-event support including tracking, reporting, and analysis of event performance based on ROI, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to incorporate best practices into event planning and execution.
  • Support the Manager in preparing post-campaign/event reports to monitor impact and extract learnings for future improvements.
Qualifications & Working Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate events, spaneting activations, or a related field.
Areas of Experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of event management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event planning tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and vendors effectively.
  • Skilled in post-event reporting and basic data analysis.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
