• Lead the execution of Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Continuing Qualification (CQ), and supplemental inflight training programs.
• Use performance data to define strategic goals, establish key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the FAA for training compliance and delivery as well as equipment approvals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, development, promotion, and separation of instructor staff including permanent managers and special assignment Flight Attendants.
• Evaluate training program quality and recommend improvements to Inflight Program Development.
• Oversee the FS Training Mentor Program in compliance with FAA standards.
• Collaborate with internal partners to lead workforce forecasting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Program Development, external vendors) to support business objectives.
• Act as a liaison with APFA and FAA on training delivery and compliance matters and adherence to the collective bargaining agreement.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
