Job Description:
Ensures effective execution of the AH technical support strategy in South Africa. This includes but not limited to the following key activities:
managing a highly skilled and motivated technical support team,
developing customer relationships by providing advice on the right product for the mission,
identifying business opportunities through proactive marketing campaigns,
conducting regular reviews of performance against targets set,
driving improvement initiatives across all functions within the organization,
maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies relevant to our products portfolio as well as competitor offerings.
Responsibilities:
Manage a highly skilled and motivated technical support team

Conduct regular reviews of performance against targets set

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies relevant to our products portfolio as well as competitor offerings
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and equivalent experience
5 years of experience in technical sales and support
Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong understanding of business principles including financial management
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
