Job Summary:
Vice President of Sales PHI Cares will oversee Field Salespeople that are promoting and selling the PHI Cares Membership services within the PHI Air Medical Service areas across the United States. This individual will take an active role in strategies and execution of all areas of field sales for the direct to consumer and B2B channels. This position will report directly to the President of PHI Cares.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead a team of sales focused and high performing field sales representatives with energy and integrity.
Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with direct reports to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales quotas.
Create a productive, high-energy, and achievement-oriented team environment.
Budgeting and planning for the field sales team needs and deliverables.
Assess and monitor field sales interactions with customers via phone and email.
Achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success.
Identify and track performance metrics to drive improvements in sales.
Provide support or direction for field sales agents or customer issues.
Offer coaching and ongoing training to field sales agents to develop closing skills.
Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance field sales agent efficiency.
Develop membership programs that enhance Air Medical base presence and spanet share in their communities.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales team leadership in a call center environment a plus.
Background in meeting and exceeding sales goals as both a leader and individual a must.
Display a positive and up-beat demeanor daily
Proven track record of developing sales talent.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Computer proficient
Stable, relevant work history.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
