We’re on the hunt for a CRO Developer to accelerate our experimentation efforts and boost technical capability within the Digital Analytics & CRO chapter. You’ll build and deploy A/B tests and personalised experiences using Optimizely Web and Feature, leveraging audience segments from Hightouch.
Working with analysts, designers, and product squads, you’ll turn ideas into scalable, production-ready experiences that improve conversion and customer journeys across our digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Build A/B and multivariate tests (client-side and server-side).
- Collaborate with analysts and designers to scope and execute experiments.
- Implement personalised experiences using Hightouch segments.
- Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Support QA and debugging across test variants.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to platform integrations and automation.
- Advise on technical feasibility and share best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong skills in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Optimizely Web/Feature and version control tools like Git.
- Solid understanding of browser behaviour, responsive design, and debugging.
- Agile mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Java, Hightouch (or CDP equivalent), CI/CD workflows, and analytics tagging.
- Knowledge of performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Exposure to analytics tagging frameworks or working alongside analysts and data engineers.
