And through valued customer feedback, optimized partnerships, and innovative sales strategies, Sales continues to be the largest revenue-generating department at United.
Job overview and responsibilities
- Ensures all corporate agreements are set up and implemented in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Is responsible for maintaining contracted agency information and serving as a key liaison between various internal departments and external customers
- Coordinate with Legal, Joint Venture Partners, Revenue Accounting, and Fare Filing departments to ensure seamless contract execution
- Adapt contract administration processes to integrate with evolving sales processes, goals, and policies
- Utilize exceptional follow-up and time management skills to maintain project momentum across multiple stakeholders
- Implement contracts using Salesforce platform
- Create and maintain necessary documentation to initiate and track contract builds for the department
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity throughout the contract lifecycle

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or related experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Two years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility or two years of airline sales or travel industry experience (supplier, consultant, Travel Management Company, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Time management skills / ability to prioritize in a demanding environment
- Ability to travel for meetings and trainings up to 20
- Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
