Skills You Bring To this Role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and exhibit a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record and the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with event planning/coordination is preferred.
- Ability to proactively support multiple program initiatives is critical.
- Ability to effectively prioritize critical tasks.
What you need to be successful
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 4 years experience in administrative support, clerical work, and/other relevant experience.
- 2 years experience in project management is preferred.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move 20 pounds.
