Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings interior and exterior, including floors, walls, windows, and doors
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as box trucks, lawn care equipment, and other tools necessary for the job
- Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Lifting and carrying heavy weight as needed to perform job duties
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in commercial building maintenance and janitorial duties
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with stainless steel cleaning and maintenance
- Experience with landscaping and lawn care
Skills:
- Commercial building maintenance, safety procedures, and heavy lifting on a daily basis.
- Experience with stainless steel cleaning and maintenance, landscaping and lawn care.
- Working with computers and technology will be beneficial in this role.
