New Production Technician

Job Description:

1.0tJob Duties:

•tAssembles Safran Helicopter engines and modules from CKD kits
•tWorks with assembly documentation, hand tools, measuring equipment, balancing and grinding machines to assemble modules and engines.
•tEnsures that safety is a priority.
•tEnsures cleanliness of work area.
•tDefine and implement changes as necessary to improve process (TURBO+).
•tMay be assigned responsibility for maintenance performed during his/her shift.
•tSupports Safran HE and management policies.
•tNo supervisory or budget responsibilities; and employee would have no access to confidential No supervisory or budget responsibilities
•tEmployee would have access to confidential and sensitive information that may lead to reputation and/or competitive posture; and would cause high risk or damage to organization if an error was to occur within this position

Job Requirements:

2.0\tRequirements:

•\tCertificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•\tMechanical/technical/interpersonal-skills can be applied immediately to job duties; a specialist in the details of a work function
•\tBasic- Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel
