As the Skills Development Partner – Technology & Innovation Skills (Emiratisation), your role will be to provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Support Strategic Business Partners and stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs
- Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience Production team to integrate digital elements into new and revised solutions
- Deliver learning experiences that meet Emirates Group standards, as outlined by Learning Experience Standards
- Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills
- Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths
- Create and promote social learning solutions and advocate for a learning culture across the Group
- Apply High Impact Evaluation guidelines by consistently mapping impact and measurement tools to all solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business
QualificationTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Honours, preferably in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Training
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training solutions
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and systems, with the ability to train others on essential computer skills and workplace technology
