JOB TITLE: Wire Bonder - 2nd Shift - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $32/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Day Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM

Overtime: Available

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform wire and ribbon bonding using manual and automatic bonding machines.

Work under microscopes and with precision tools (tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, etc.).

Read/interpret detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records.

Use electronic test equipment and follow ESD procedures.

Collaborate with team members on throughput and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Interim Secret clearance required to start; must maintain Full Secret.

Experience with manual and automatic bonding equipment (gold ball and ribbon bonding).

Strong attention to detail; ability to work with microscopic components for extended periods.

Basic computer skills for digital systems and reporting.

Knowledge of J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and ESD procedures a plus.

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
